Check out how coffee is processed around the world, how it's roasted to bring out different flavors, and taste different brewing methods and roast levels. We'll be set up with at least 4 different brewing methods and showcasing some of our most popular light, medium, and dark roasts to give you a chance to learn about the best ways to brew coffee, and maybe even find a new favorite!

Rosetta Coffee Company is a small-batch, specialty coffee roastery located in Lynchburg, VA. We source green coffee from all over the world to bring fresh, quality coffee to the central VA community with an eye towards responsible sourcing, education, and local collaboration. Started by Aaron Skeen in 2006, we are celebrating 20 years this year!

What inspired you to make this project?
At Rosetta, we're passionate about creating wonderful, delicious things to enjoy and share, but so much of that comes down to how YOU enjoy your coffee at home, in coffee shops, or at local businesses. This is why we're passionate about sharing what we know about coffee sourcing, roasting, and brewing, so that you can join us on the adventure of great coffee! This particular project showcases a several of the ways that you can brew coffee, so that you can learn and taste the game-changing difference that a brew method makes. And not every method is for everyone. You might be surprised by your new favorite way to make your cup of coffee!
